Success! Oliver has been Adopted!

Oliver was rescued from a high kill shelter we work with. His time was running out so we decided to give him some time to find his forever family.

Oliver is playful and energetic. He loves to be held and cuddle with you. He does like to play and run around with the other cats. Oliver must be adopted with another kitten or cat or go to a home that has another cat present. He has lots of energy so needs someone to play with at all times of the day and night.

Oliver is estimated to be 11-13 weeks old and is a medium haired mainly white kitty with tabby markings here and there. He is great with other cats. Oliver is up to date with required vaccinations, dewormed, tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV and microchipped. He will be neutered as part of the adoption fee.

For more information on Oliver please contact Itty Bitty Kitty at 610-973-7400 option 1 or ittybittykitty@bdog.org. Oliver is currently at our adoption kiosk inside the Petco in the Tilghman Square shopping center. You can view more information on Oliver at www.ittybittykitty.org.

Seriously you want the cat to be adopted but say that he "MUST" be adopted with another kitten or car or to be in a home with another cat. I think if you ask the cat if it would rather be killed or have a home with other cats...it would pick life. Cats make their own fun. Good thing that they do not have that type of mentality with children being adopted....many adopted children would not have a home.

Actually the issue is not having a prospective owner bring him home, get turned off by the activity level and things he gets into while alone (which can endanger him) and return the cat for re-homing. I applaud their efforts to make sure his new family is prepared.
