Burglar Hit Homes in Palmer, Wilson, Police Say
James Edward Baker of Phillipsburg was already in jail on earlier charges. He now faces charges for burglaries in Palmer, Wilson and Easton.
Another hair salon was robbed yesterday, but this time in the Broadview neighborhood. The Hair Cuttery robbery is also similar to those of recent weeks in surrounding suburbs such as Skokie and Niles.

Easton police say a Phillipsburg man committed "several" burglaries in Palmer Township, Wilson and Easton.
James Edward Baker, 27, was already in custody Thursday when he was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft, recieving stolen property and criminal mischief.
Police say Thursday's arrest was the result of an investigation into two burglaries in Easton's West Ward, as well as several in Wilson and Palmer.
Baker had already been jailed after being charged with related offenses in Easton and Wilson, police say.
