Easton Area March and Rally for Life Held

Dr. Alveda King, niece of Martin Luther King, Jr., and an American Christian minister shares her story of undergoing two abortions and experiencing a change of heart before joining the pro-life movement.

St. Jane Frances de Chantal Church in Palmer Township held the first Easton Area Pro-Life Walk Sunday. 

An estimated 400 people showed up in support of the controversial issue. On hand to discuss her personal story was Dr. Alveda King. King is the niece of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King. At the rally, Alveda King, who is also a Christian minister, shared her story of having two abortions and attempting to get a third one.
