Want to judge the plays for this year's Freddy Awards?
The job requires a lot more than you might think.
Easton's State Theatre is looking for people to evaluate the 2013 installment of the awards, which recognize excellence in local high school theater.
The job requires someone with an "extensive work experience in one of the arts disciplines and have a strong sense of objectivity," the theater said in a news release.
In addition, evaluators should be able to judge production values and performances, and write about their observations in an effective, constructive manner.
You'll need to be an avid theater-goer with a "wide knowledge of the canon of the American Musical Theatre."
