The Palmer Park Mall has sustained another casualty.

Recently, Famous Footwear -- just across from the Fiat dealership -- closed up shop.

The mall has undergone numerous changes recently with the opening of a new book store, Spencer's and a toy store, all just before the holiday shopping season.

It was unknown how long Famous Footwear has operated in the mall. A sign on the front of the store said that its fixtures were for sale.

The mall is anchored by Boscov's and The Bon-Ton.
