Take a drive down Newlins Mill Road in Forks Township and you'll see a structure taking shape.

It looks like a football stadium, something you would see the Dallas Cowboys play in.

There was hope that this new Forks Township public works facility would be ready to open by the end of October, but Public Works Director Mark Roberts believes that the structure could be completed sometime in early 2013.

Roberts updates supervisors and residents about the project during his report each month.

And during the summer, he gave Palmer/Forks Patch.com an exclusive tour of the construction site.
