Who doesn’t like pizza? That’s what national chain Pizza Hut is hoping residents of Palmer Township will want to eat.
The Kansas-based national chain is in the process of constructing a new restaurant on Freemansburg Avenue, the site of the former Crazy Jake’s BBQ Pit, according to the township planning office.
Plans call for a 44,036-square-foot facility. The new building will have 68 seats and 46 parking spots. The restaurant will also bring in an estimated 15 employees, the planning office said.
Currently, the closest Pizza Hut is on Nazareth Road. The new restaurant is expected to be open sometime this summer.

I heard today about this, and that the 25th Street location will be closed as this location opens. I wonder what will happen at the old Pizza Hut location. Interesting changes. Glad to see that this property will no longer be vacant!
