Roberts once again used the word "shoddy" to emphasize his displeasure with the work and the repairs of the amphitheater, which went way over its intended budget, topping $300,000 in costs.

Roberts suggested once again holding back payment from the construction company. He also stated that he would look into the warranty next year on workmanship and complain that he has several issues.

Forks Township officials complained in mid-April about the and outlined when repairs should be completed. But they went down to the wire.

Roberts said he is still unhappy with the fabric covering the amphitheater and that there are two patches that look stretched.
