Poll: Easton High School's New Schedule
Starting next school year, students will have a new "flexible" schedule. What do you think?
Last week, the Easton Area School Board voted 7-2 to approve a new "flexible schedule" for Easton Area High School students.
Starting in the 2012-2013 school year, students at the high school will have their day divided into five 80-minute periods, rather than nine shorter periods.
We want to know what you think about it, whether you're a parent or a teacher or a student. Take our poll, and offer up more thoughts -- if you'd like -- in the comment section.

We have moved quite a bit and have tried the block scheduling in a couple different schools. In my opinion I truly believe the old type of scheduling is much better. My kids did not like the longer periods, and I didn't like the fact that they don't get all the subjects for the entire year. If they have Math the first semester, then they don't have it again until next year. So much can be forgotten in that time.
