Tell Us: Olympics Inspiring You to Hit the Gym?

Take our poll and tell us if watching super-fit Olympic athletes has inspired you to kick up your fitness program (or start one)

New Year's is typically the time to resolve to get fit - but are the 2012 Summer Olympics inspiring you to hit the gym, the track or the swimming pool?

What is the experience of watching super-fit Olympians perform amazing feats of strength, speed and skill like for you?

Vote in our poll and add your comments below.

More than a third of U.S. adults are obese, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. And we are sedentary. The average American logs four hours a day in front of the television, not to mention time spent online or texting friends.

Just working out for 30 minutes a day can make a big difference. Just don't expect to look like an Olympian.
