In the mall business, some stores come and some stores go.

Over the past few months at the Palmer Park Mall in Palmer Township, some new stores -- like a toy store, book store and Spencer's -- have opened, just in time for the holiday shopping season.

But some shops -- like the American Gyro Cafe -- have also departed.

Famous Footwear, across from the Fiat dealership near Bon-Ton, is now also among the casualties.

So what would be an ideal business to fill this space?
