La Dolce Vita is Palmer twp, on Van Buren is the best place around. http://www.yelp.com/biz/la-dolce-vita-easton. It's a little hidden, but so worth the find! The owners are usually there, and very welcoming. The food is fantastic. The waitresses seem to be very new, but they are very nice, and try very hard! Pizza only on Sunday, not in the main dining room, so you might want to check that out before you go.

Moscato's Tusan Trattoria in Palmer is the best italian food in town. The food is delicious, the service is excellent and the environment is superb. Visit at 190 S Greenwood Avenue.
