BOKWA Fitness is the new up and coming dance fitness program comprised of cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility to hit the Dance and Fitness Industry.
Bokwa Dance Level 1
This course is designed for P.E., Group Exercise and Dance Instructors to teach the innovative BOKWA method. BOKWA exercise class enhances both health and motor skill components of physical fitness. It is an intense cardio workout that integrates African dance, aerobic-dance and a variety of different genres of dance and movement forms. BOKWA’s unique workout inspires the world to live a happier and healthier lifestyle by using BOKWA hand signals as well as American sign language to teach large groups, visual learners and the hearing impaired. “L step, Click-Click.” National and State Dance, P.E. and Fitness Guidelines and Fitness Standards are implemented.

The Charles Chrin Community Center of Palmer Township, located at 4100 Green Pond Road, offers a variety of recreational opportunities for the entire family. The center plays host to adult programs including, Zumba, Tabata and Yoga. The facility also has an exercise room which includes weights and exercise equipment. The center also has programs for toddlers and group-oriented youth programs.
The facility includes a multi-purpose room, a gymnamsium, community room and dining area. The building also plays host to parent's night, after-school programs and a variety of community programs.
There is ample parking, a pavillion, which is available for party rentals, a playground area and baseball field.
