 ding\, gymnastics\, or sports? Valley Kidz is a program for children to 
 learn balance\, coordination\, confidence\, posture\, strength\, and inc
 rease flexibility through exercises on a trampoline\, tumble track\, mat
 s\, floor\, balance beam\, and more. Our positive approach to instructio
 n helps our children gain confidence and self-esteem\, while creating an
