Forks Township Jazzercise is an exercise and fitness program. It allows for clients to burn up to 600 calories in one 60-minute total-body workout. It combines dance and cardio with strength training and is a combination of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing. The location offers showers and changing rooms as well as morning and evening classes. It also has child care for some classes. Single-class and monthly class rates are available.
