Palmer Memorial Library was established in 1986. As part of the Easton Area Public Library system, the library's goal is to serve as a community resource, promote literacy and lifelong learning. The branch hosts a variety of group events like children's story time and group gatherings for infants to 5 year olds, youth and adult book groups and mother/daughter book groups. The library has audio book and DVD rentals, an  24 hour book drop off and free wifi is available.
