Lewisburg Applebee’s To Host Annual Camp Cadet Celebrity Service Event on Wednesday, February 26th
Local State Troopers To Serve, Cook and Bartend in Support of Youth Development
The Rose Group, a leading franchisee of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar restaurants in eastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Delaware, will be hosting its eighth annual Celebrity Service event for Camp Cadet at the Lewisburg, PA location on Wednesday, February 26th from 5PM-9PM.

For seven consecutive years, Applebee’s of Lewisburg has been a proud supporter of Camp Cadet and the development of youth. Established in 2004, Camp Cadet is a weeklong self-esteem and team-building program for children ages 12-15 that teaches children the importance of teamwork and discipline through military drills, classes and demonstrations geared towards first aid and life skills.
Over a dozen of the area’s state troopers are expected to gear up in Applebee’s attire to cook, bartend and wait tables during the four-hour event. All proceeds will go towards providing food, lodging and uniforms for the campers.

Last year, troopers raised $7,500 for Camp Cadet bringing the total to $49,500 since the partnership began.
