Palmer Township Community Weekend Date Set

The annual summer event draws thousands to Palmer Township every August.

Start thinking about summer.

Palmer Township officials are already planning for the annual Community Days and now have a date in mind.

The Community Days weekend will take place this year from Aug. 15-18. The event kicks off with a Movies in the Park at dusk on Aug. 14.

Palmer officials are planning four full days of fun and the event draws thousands to Palmer Township.

Last year, the Phillie Phanatic even came.

The event, which is put together each year by Diane Grube, celebrated its 30th anniversary last year.
