Trick-or-Treat is 6-8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 31

Get out the candy or shut off your porch light Monday evening

There are 116.7 million houses and apartment building across the nation, according to the Census Bureau, and all are potential stops for trick-or-treaters. Your house is on that list.

If you prefer to skip trick-or-treat, turn out your lights from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday because that’s when Forks and Palmer Township's candy-crazed kids hit the streets.

In fact, there are about 41 million children ages 5 to 14 who are potential trick-or-treaters. Of course, many children younger than 5 and older than 14 also go door-to-door for Halloween.
