Tell Your Friends, Fans & Neighbors about the 2nd Annual Snowflakes for Easton Event & Create Your Own Snowflakes For Display!

Saturday, February 12 2011, 11:00am - 3:00pm
Join Mayor Sal Panto Jr. in Centre Square for a Snow Day celebration!

Last year’s campaign to fill downtown windows with hand cut paper snowflakes was a huge success, and the phones have already been ringing with requests for information on this year’s big event. Our 2011 goal is to cut 25,000 paper snowflakes, and have our downtown windows filled by the big Snow Day Event on Saturday, February 12th.

Here’s how YOU can help...

Cut a snowflake! (…and ask your friends to cut one too!)   The more you can cut the better.  Need help (or a refresher) on cutting snowflakes?

Own a business? Get your customers involved.  It’s a great reason to host an event (Snowflake Cutting parties are a blast!), or a fun “waiting area” activity.  We have other opportunities for and ideas how businesses can get involved at www.mercantilehome.com/Snowflakes_for_Business_Owners.html

Fill your windows with snowflakes!

Make sure you call us and let us know how many snowflakes are in your windows, so we can add them to the official count.

We also need volunteers to help us hang snowflakes in vacant properties.  Call if you have some time you can volunteer.

Spread the word!

Tell your friends, fans, and neighbors about the 2nd Annual Snowflakes for Easton event.   Mark the Snow Day on your calendar…and tell everyone!

Snowflakes can me mailed or delivered to Easton Main Street Initiative, 35 S. Third Street, Easton, PA 18042. Call: 610-330-9942 for more info.

Let’s make it snow!
