Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar Officially Open for Business

Grand opening held on April 18 for Lower Nazareth Commons location

Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce chairman Frank DeRosa commemorated the grand opening of the new Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar in Lower Nazareth Monday with a welcoming speech and a ceremonious blue ribbon.

“I know I’m going to enjoy coming here to watch sports,” DeRosa told the crowd, which included almost half of the 158 employees, corporate representatives, Nazareth Chamber members, and a pair of Budweiser models.

The restaurant’s general manager, Terry Shultz, cut the ribbon to officially mark the opening of the restaurant.

Beer vendors will be on-hand throughout the day doling out specials for the restaurant’s opening.

A total of 58 televisions are outfitted throughout the restaurant, ranging from 42-inches up to 80-inches. Other amenities include video games, video poker and interactive trivia.

The colorful menu is chock-full of signature dishes as well as some classic favorites. Wings are -- obviously -- the centerpiece of the restaurant's carte du jour, but there’s also plenty of burgers, sandwiches, ribs and flatbread concoctions.

Buffalo Wild Wings was conceptualized as a New York-style wing restaurant combined with the appeal of a sports bar. Each restaurant carries no less than 24 beers on tap, and at least 20 different bottled brands.

According to Shultz, “We’re all about wings, beer, and sports… We have it all.”

However, according to Shultz, “We’re very kid-friendly, [and] we’re very community-connected. We do a lot of fundraisers in-house.”

Buffalo Wild Wings is located at 3798 Dryland Way. They are open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight. They accept all major credit cards, and do not accept reservations.
