Easton Hospital to Open in Forks Township's Park Plaza

announced Wednesday it will open a 16,000 square foot Health and Wellness Center at the renovated ,1800 Sullivan Trail, in Forks Township.

Opening this summer, the Center will be a family healthcare venue offering physician offices, imaging services, laboratory services and walk-in care (no appointment necessary), according to the press release.

“We are excited to be part of this new endeavor in Forks Township,” said Brian Finestein, CEO of Easton Hospital. “The Hospital is committed to meeting the healthcare needs of the residents of Forks Township by bringing quality health care to their neighborhood.”

The Center will include:

• Easton Imaging at Park Plaza
  • including Digital Mammography
• Easton Laboratory at Park Plaza
• The Physicians at Park Plaza
  • primary care physicians
  • obstetricians/gynecologists
• Walk-in Care at Park Plaza (weekdays; 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturdays; 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.)
  • No appointment necessary

“In addition," Finestein said, "we are continuing our commitment to provide healthcare education and free health screenings to the community, as well as participation and support of numerous Forks Township community events."

Park Plaza consists of the 109,200-square-foot former Laneco building that had been mostly vacant since moved to its present Town Center location. Several other businesses, such as Bounce U and Franklin Hill Vineyards, have also committed to the space.

The developer of Park Plaza, Fairfield Management Corporation of Bethlehem, plans a grand opening soon.
