"It's a foot massage spa that's currently under construction," he said. "But we don't have many details about the business at this point."

Molchany said he did not know how many workers the business will employ or have contact information for the shop's owner.

The spa would replace LA Spa, a hair salon.

Toward the end of last year, the mall lost PacSun and DollarSmart, adding to the five other vacant storefronts throughout the mall.

He said that PacSun closed when its corporate office made the decision to shut numerous stores due to financial difficulties. He said the store had been in the mall for a few years. The departure of DollarSmart was unexpected, he said.

The mall, which is anchored by and The Bon-Ton, features more than 45 stores.

Molchany is working with a leasing company to find retailers.

The mall hopes to add some stores catering to women's apparel and ware for teenagers.

"The leasing company has been showing a lot of the spaces lately," he said. "So we hope to start filling them throughout the year."
