Posted outside a closed wall where the American Gyro Cafe once stood are two signs in the Palmer Township business mecca promoting a new eatery.
The Green Pepper, an authentic burrito joint, is coming soon, a sign states.
Another sign next to it states that the business is now hiring and offers an email for more information.
The American Gyro Cafe closed sometime last year.
