Don Pablos in Palmer Township has been empty for some time now.

Good Mexican food is hard to find.

And for more than a year, Palmer Township has been without some when Don Pablos went out of business.

So what should fill the vacancy on 80 Kunkle Drive behind the Tic-Toc Diner and next to the Olive Garden.

How about another Mexican eatery?
