Full-Time, Seasonal Summer Help

Lower Nazareth Township is accepting applications for full-time seasonal summer employees—40 hours/week at $9/hour.

Work will begin in May and last until September. Work consists of mowing grass, general road maintenance and building maintenance.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.

Applications for employment may be obtained at the township municipal building, 306 Butztown Road, Bethlehem. The municipal building is open 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Part-Time, Summer Park Help

Lower Nazareth Township is accepting applications for various positions for the 2013 Summer Park Program. Those positions are Junior Leaders and Senior Leaders.

Interested parties must be at least 16 years old and be available to work from June 17 to July 26. Work hours will be Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. (about 19+ hours/week).

Responsibilities include keeping children active and engaging them in fun and challenging activities while maintaining a safe environment. Hourly wages start at $8/hour.

Applications may be obtained at the township municipal building, 306 Butztown Road, Bethlehem. The municipal building is open 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Job Basics / Requirements:

• May be trained to operate a forklift.
• Must be able to accurately stock merchandise while also helping customers find solutions to their needs.
