Here are five, or so, things to look out for this week in Palmer and Forks townships.

On Monday, the Palmer Township Board of Supervisors will meet. The meeting is scheduled for 7pm in the library meeting room of the Palmer Memorial Library located at 1 Weller Place.

The Palmer Township Recreation Board will meet at 7:30pm Tuesday in the library meeting room of the Palmer Memorial Library located at 1 Weller Place.

The Forks Master Park Plan Committee will meet at 7pm Wednesday in the municipal building located at 1606 Sullivan Trail.

The Forks Board of Supervisors will meet at 7:30pm Thursday in the municipal building located at 1606 Sullivan Trail.

Volunteers are being sought for the Forks Township Clean-Up Day. The event has been scheduled for 10am Saturday, April 16, rain or shine. Trash bags, gloves, vests will be provided. There will be a picnic at the pavilion at noon. Same day registration will also be available at 9:30am that morning at the township community center. The Forks Township Parks and Recreation department is sponsoring a bus trip to Philadelphia for the Mets versus Phillies baseball game. The trip is scheduled for Sunday, July 17.
