Photos: Hurricane Sandy's Wrath on Palmer/Forks

Hurricane Sandy left Palmer and Forks Townships with lots of power outages, downed trees and even a flipped airplane.

Hurricane Sandy has come and gone.

But it's devastation is still evident in Palmer and Forks Township.

As crews worked to restore power Tuesday to residents who lost it, the signs of Sandy were everywhere: from the rising Bushkill Creek, to downed trees in Palmer Township to the Giant Food Store in Forks Township running on a generator to a plane flipped over at the Braden Airpark.
