State Roads Still Closed From Snowstorm

Some state roads in Northampton County are still closed due to downed trees, according to PennDOT.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation advises drivers that many state roads remain closed in Northampton County because of downed trees and utility lines caused by Saturday's snowstorm.

  • PA 611 between Danser Hill and Frutchey Hill road in Forks Township due to downed utility lines (now open);
  • Old Allentown Road/Center Street between Male Street in Bushkill Township and Broadway Street in Wind Gap Borough due to downed utility lines (now open);
  • Cider Press Road between Island Park Road and Spring Water Circle in Williams Township due to trees in wires (now open);
  • PA 611 between Lafayette Street and Taylor Avenue in the City of Easton due to downed utilities.
