Take Our Poll: Staying Home for Thanksgiving?

Has the economy affected your plans for next week?

We hear this every year: Thanksgiving is the busiest time to travel. Twenty-three million people are expected to fly next week, down a bit from last year, but still enough that the Air Transportation Association expects to see full flights for Thanksgiving.

And although the traditional image for Thanksgiving involves a family around a table in their dining room eating a home-cooked meal, the restaurant industry expects to see 14 million diners eating out next Thursday, and another 16 million using takeout food to supplement their meal at home.

So, we're wondering what your plans are next week, and -- more specifically -- if the economy has played a role. Are you someone who'd normally go out to eat who's now trying to do a homecooked meal? Are you driving instead of flying? Staying home altogether? Let us know.
