6 weeks to Mindful Eating: Online Course

Join us for a 6-week skills-based mindful eating program designed to help you learn essential mindfulness skills and mindful eating tools that will give you a new, healthier relationship to food, weight, and their body. The group will meet for 1.5 hours on Sundays from 9-10:30am from October 6th to November 10th.  Just in time to apply your new skills to Thanksgiving dinner!  This class will be offered online, meaning it will be easily accessible.  Everyone can attend even without microphone or video.

Individuals will learn skills including diaphragmatic breathing, body acceptance and awareness, mindful walking, 2-plate portion method, 3-step intentional breath, 4-mindful bites, creating space within, food ritual skills, mindful food shopping, and so much more.

This program is designed for anyone who struggles with food, body, and weight issues–including those struggling with compulsive eating and emotional eating, those with health issues such as diabetes, etc., that require eating changes, pre or post bariatric surgery patients, and those stuck on the diet treadmill who want to learn a life-long approach.

Cost: Early Bird Registration $150  

After Sept 20th $210 for 6, 90 minute classes
