Lasso is survived by his wife and two small children, as well as his parents and many other family members and friends.

Lasso was shot and killed responding to a call about a disturbance in Freemansburg last month at 440 New St., the home of George Hitcho, who is charged in the crime.

Lasso was reportedly being attacked by two dogs in Hitcho’s yard and pointed a stun gun at them before he was killed.  Friends and family have been selling T-shirts and decals at community events in Palmer Township and at the recent Forks Township Community Days.

The shirts, which cost between $20 and $22, feature Lasso's name spread over a wing with "Forever in our Hearts" listed below.

The following Five Guys Burgers and Fries locations in the Lehigh Valley are participating:

-- 3770 Dryland Way, Easton (Lower Nazareth Township), Located in the Lower Nazareth Commons Plaza.

-- 4025 Tilghman St. Allentown, Located in the Tilghman Street Center.

-- 914 Airport Center Drive, Allentown (Hanover Township), Located next to Target.
