Forks Man Admits to DUI Crash

Joshua L. Share was driving more than 100 mph and had a blood-alcohol level twice the legal limit

A Forks Township man has admitted to driving more than 100 miles per hour, driving recklessly and drunk last summer, causing a crash that resulted in serious injuries to his passenger, according to a report in The Morning Call.

According to reports, Joshua L. Share, 25, pleaded guilty last week to driving drunk with a blood-alcohol level at or above .16 percent — twice the legal limit -- in an Upper Macungie accident in June 2010.

He is scheduled to be sentenced next month by Lehigh County Senior Judge Lawrence J. Brenner.
