An Easton man was jailed for allegedly committing an armed robbery Wednesday night on the city's South Side.
Darryl Hines, 51, of 110 E. Nesquehoning St., is charged with aggravated assault, robbery, theft, receiving stolen property, reckless endangerment and driving with a suspended license.
According to city police, Hines and a 17-year-old boy committed the robbery in Hines' neighborhood, stealing an Xbox and an iPhone at gunpoint.
The victim was able to identify the boy, and he and Hines were arrested on the 1100 block of Washington Street a short time later.
Both Hines and the teenager were incarcerated, police said.
