Court records also indicate that Dickerson is wanted by the U.S. Secret Service in connection with possible bank fraud.

Dickerson was arrested June 11 after reports from a Tatamy Road resident in Palmer Township who spotted a man in a garage allegedly brandishing a silver handgun.

Palmer police later picked up Dickerson, who was then positively identified by the resident. A handgun was not recovered, according to court records.

Several items were recovered in a hotel room at the Hampton Inn where Dickerson had been staying for a week, court records say. Police were able to obtain a search warrant to the room after phone calls Dickerson made to his wife, Kendra, while he was in prison. The calls were recorded. Court records say that a June 14 call by Dickerson requested that his mother go to the hotel room and remove a black bag.

According to court records, police found the following items in the hotel room: $1,104 in cash and assorted change in the amount of $22.85, three Apple brand 8gb iPods with touch screens, one Apple brand Nano iPod with charger, one flashlight, gold chains, two house keys, one watch, one $50 Visa gift card and two cigarette lighters.
