The robbers were armed with handguns and have victimized both convenience stores and “citizens on the street,” in Bethlehem and Palmer Township, according to the department’s most recent blog post, which it labeled as “urgent.”

The robberies described in the blog are not related to a spree of in which a tip from city paramedics led to the arrest of five suspects, according to the department’s Twitter feed.
