Rollover Injures Woman in Forks

Authorities responded to a vehicle rollover in Forks Township Monday morning.

Fog and some slick road conditions led to a rollover that injured a woman in Forks Township Monday morning.

Authorities -- Forks Township police and fire departments along with Suburban EMS -- responded to a report of a vehicle rollover around 10:30 a.m. Monday on N. Delaware Drive.

A woman suffered a minor head injury and was transported to St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill, according to the Easton Express-Times.

Police said the driver swerved to avoid a rock while heading south on Route 611, the story states.

Road conditions were slick Monday morning due to ice overnight and some fog. The Easton Area School District delayed opening schools for two hours due to the weather conditions.
