State Police Charge Palmer Teen With Vehicular Homicide for Route 22 Crash

Stephan Moussa charged with vehicular homicide by state police for allegedly causing a crash in June that killed one.

A Palmer Township 19-year-old has been charged by PA State Police with vehicular homicide for allegedly causing an accident along Route 22 on June 25 that resulted in the death of one person, according a report in the Express-Times. 

Stephan Moussa, of Woodridge Terrace was allegedly driving in excess of 100 miles per hour in a 55 mile per hour area when his vehicle collided with another setting off a three car crash.
