Brewing manager participates in ingredient selection and specification, research and development, and capital projects.

The Brewing Supervisor is responsible for in-specification performance of all product streams at Boston Beer and complete supervision of hourly staff. Supervises production operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Also responsible for the development and maintenance of a system to assure that all brewing products manufactured by the Brewery meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and reliability levels. Supervisor position will rotate through all shifts on a periodic schedule.

Reports to the Brewing Manager. Responsible for generating, maintaining and documenting all approved brewing processes and procedures. Leverages relationships with the Brewing Operators and Brewing Management team as well as other departments within the brewery. Leads and assists with organizational and departmental objectives in a timely and accurate manner. Will fill in as brewing supervisor on weekends and holidays.
