BCAF Plans Another Business Roundtable

Forks Township Manager John Cornell recently updated public on business organization's latest efforts.

The Forks Business and Commerce Association is keeping busy.

At a recent Board of Supervisors meeting, Forks Township Manager John Cornell updated the board and public about the business organization's plans.

After holding two business roundtables, BCAF will probably have another sometime starting in the new year.

"They're looking to put together another to attract larger businesses," Cornell said.

Another plan BCAF's economic development committee is working on is a brochure to promote businesses in Forks Township.

Also on the agenda is creating an events committee that would coordinate with the Forks Recreation Department to make the community aware of big events being held in Forks Township.

Coming up next year as well will be a joint Casino Night between Forks and Palmer townships, Cornell said.

Last year, BCAF held its first Casino Night at a location in Tatamy.
