Palmer Approves $25 Million Warehouse Near Route 33

Denver company plans 425,000-square-foot warehouse at Hollo and Van Buren roads.

Palmer Township supervisors have given the green light to a $25 million warehouse complex near the soon-to-be-built Route 33 interchange.

That's according to the Morning Call, which reports the supervisors approved an agreement with DCT Industrial of Denver earlier this week.

The 425,000-square-foot complex is slated to be built at the northwest corner of Van Buren and Hollo roads. The township had previously rezoned 59 acres of farmland to accommodate the building.

Completion of the $40 million interchange is slated for spring 2014.
