Route 33 Interchange Groundbreaking Details Announced

Ceremony to kick off work on the Route 33 Interchange project scheduled for Jan. 31.

Charles Chrin Companies will host a groundbreaking ceremony for the $40 million interchange off Route 33 between Interstates 80 and 78.

A formal ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, at Porsche Logistics, 170 Commerce Lane, Easton.

Chrin’s development of the surrounding land, according to estimates, is expected to create more than 5,000 jobs and generate an estimated $16 million in tax revenue annually.
