When Easton Area students go back to school this fall, they'll be paying more to eat lunch.
The school board board voted Tuesday night to raise the price of school lunches from to for the 2012-2013 academic year.
District Chief Operating Officer Michael Simonetta has said the price increase is being done to make sure Easton is in compliance with the state average of $2.05 per lunch.
The new price structure:
- Kindergarten to Fourth grade: $1.90 to $2.00
- Fifth and Sixth Grade: $1.90 to $2.10
- Seventh to 12th Grade: $2.05 to $2.10
