'Music Man' Takes Stage This Weekend at EAHS

Easton Area High School production of 1950s musical begins Friday night.

The Music Man takes the stage at Easton Area High School this weekend.

The show—which premiered in 1957—tells the story of Professor Harold Hill, a con artist trying to sell a small Iowa town on starting a boys' band.

The show stars students Corey Lopes as Hill and Nina Attinello as Marian. Both were among Easton's Freddy Award nominees for last year's production Damn Yankees, with Attinello taking home the award for Outstanding Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role.
