This course is designed for P.E., Group Exercise and Dance Instructors to teach the innovative BOKWA method. BOKWA exercise class enhances both health and motor skill components of physical fitness. It is an intense cardio workout that integrates African dance, aerobic-dance and a variety of different genres of dance and movement forms. BOKWA’s unique workout inspires the world to live a happier and healthier lifestyle by using BOKWA hand signals as well as American sign language to teach large groups, visual learners and the hearing impaired. “L step, Click-Click.” National and State Dance, P.E. and Fitness Guidelines and Fitness Standards are implemented.
