Hingham's Most Famous Citizens

Who do you think is the most prominent Hingham citizen of all time? Which celebrity have you seen in Hingham?

Celebrities, prominent politicians, writers,  musicians and athletes all have ties to the small suburban town of Hingham. 

One of the greatest United States Presidents, Abraham Lincoln had ancestors who were  believed to have settled in Hingham. Current New York Rangers NHL star Brian Boyle is from Hingham and Marc Brown, author of the children's book series, Arthur lives in Hingham.

With Hollywood celebrity Mark Wahlberg coming to Hingham on Tuesday, it got Patch thinking: who is the most prominent Hingham citizen of all time?

I met Bowzer from Sha Nah Nah when I was a kid doing carriages at Star Market. Met Bob Ryan over the Summer in a Coffee shop in Hingham Center. I live in Scituate and have met all kinds here!
