"A Dolphin's Tale" will serve as this year's major feature to launch Palmer Township Community Days.

Even with the storm this afternoon, organizers said the movie will be held rain or shine underneath the festival tent.

"The Movies in the Park is great," Colver said. "We have a giant screen and hand out free popcorn and bottled water to people."

Colver said last year's movie attracted 400 people.
