Farm Tour, Zombies and Apples Coming Saturday

A look at what's happening in Easton this weekend.

As far as fruit goes, apples pretty much rule the autumn months. This Saturday, they'll take over the Easton Farmers' Market, which celebrates its annual Apple Jam from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Visitors can sample 25 varieties of locally-grown apples, learn which kinds are best for cooking/baking or for eating, and take part in an apple pie eating contest and a dessert competition. There's also a chef demo from Maxim's 22
