Alleged Meth Lab Discovered at Lower Nazareth Hotel
Colonial Regional Police say that after a fire alarm went off, they uncovered a "working" meth lab inside the Hampton Inn on Easton-Nazareth Highway in Lower Nazareth Township.
A modern hotel with an automated fire alarm system probably isn't the most logical place to set up an illegal methamphetamine lab, but that's where Colonial Regional Police say Todd Laudenbach, 37, of Bushkill Township, and Denene Noel, 38, of Saylorsburg, decided to go in order to manufacture the illicit street drug commonly known as "meth." According to a public information release issued by the department Sunday, police, the Hecktown Fire Department and EMS were dispatched to the Hampton Inn at 3723 Easton-Nazareth Highway in Lower Nazareth Township at 10:49am Saturday, after an alarm went off in Room 222.
