MacBook, IPhone Swiped from Easton Area High School
Resident of Children's Home of Easton charged with two thefts from Easton Area High School between October and December.
An 18-year-old resident of the Children’s Home of Easton has admitted to two theft incidents at Easton Area High School on Monday mornings in late October and early December, court records say. In the first incident, Marcus Long is accused of taking a silver Apple MacBook valued at $1,229 from a custodial maintenance break room and placing it in his backpack. That incident allegedly occurred Oct. 22. In the second incident, Long is accused of stealing an iPhone, a silver Nintendo DS and a Pokemon DS game, as well as bottles of cologne from the boys locker room.
